Cooling-Off Period
Request a temporary break from BCGame for a defined period — 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or up to 3 months. During a cooling-off period your account remains open but all gambling activity is restricted. The period cannot be shortened once activated.
Self-Exclusion
Request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from BCGame. Exclusion periods range from 6 months to permanent closure. Once a self-exclusion is activated, BCGame will close your account, return any remaining balance to your payment method, and place your details on our internal exclusion register.
