Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and BCGame ("BCGame", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://bcgame.casa ("Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using any part of the BCGame Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

BCGame operates an online casino, live dealer games, sports betting, esports wagering, and related services. Our Platform is designed to serve eligible players primarily in Malaysia, including those located in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam and other regions throughout the country.

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

• "Platform" means the BCGame website, mobile interface, and all related services accessible at https://bcgame.casa.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Account Balance" means the aggregate of all real-money funds credited to a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, deposit match awards, or other non-cash incentives credited to a User's Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before full Account functionality is enabled.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they are eligible for withdrawal as real-money funds.
• "Eligible User" means a natural person aged 21 years or older who is not subject to any restriction that would prevent lawful use of the Platform.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the Platform.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any conduct set out in Clause 10 of these Terms that BCGame expressly prohibits.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, being the date from which this version of the Terms takes effect.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the BCGame Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age. BCGame enforces a strict 21+ age policy in line with responsible gambling principles applicable to casino-style gaming activities. Misrepresentation of age constitutes fraudulent conduct and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances held.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform is not prohibited by any law, regulation, or restriction applicable in your country or jurisdiction of residence. BCGame does not accept registrations from individuals who are citizens or residents of jurisdictions where the operation of or participation in online gaming activities is prohibited by law.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. Operating or attempting to operate multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. BCGame employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. All duplicate Accounts discovered will be closed and their balances forfeited.

3.4 Personal Capacity

You must be registering the Account in your own name and for your own personal use. Registering on behalf of another person, operating an Account as an agent or proxy, or facilitating third-party use of your Account is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. BCGame is entitled to rely on the information you provide and is not obligated to independently verify it, except as part of the KYC process.

4.2 KYC Verification

BCGame operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You will be required to submit the following documentation before full Account functionality — including unrestricted withdrawals — is enabled:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, Driver's License, or Passport)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or telecommunications bill dated within the preceding three months)
• A selfie photograph of you holding your primary identity document
• Payment method verification documentation as may be requested on a case-by-case basis

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documentation. BCGame reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is insufficient.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. BCGame strongly recommends the use of a unique, complex password and two-factor authentication where available. You must notify BCGame immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

Terms of Use

5.1 Personal Use Only

The Platform and all services thereon are provided exclusively for your personal, non-commercial recreation. Any commercial exploitation of the Platform — including but not limited to systematic wagering strategies designed to guarantee profit, arbitrage betting, or use of automated software — is prohibited.

5.2 Platform Access

BCGame grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any ownership rights in the Platform or its content. BCGame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time and without prior notice.

5.3 Accuracy of Information

You agree to maintain accurate and current personal information on your Account profile. Where any information changes — including residential address, contact email, or mobile number — you must update your Account details promptly. BCGame accepts no responsibility for failed communications or transaction delays arising from outdated Account information.

5.4 Currency

Unless otherwise specified, all transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Where cryptocurrency is accepted, amounts are converted to MYR at the prevailing interbank exchange rate at the time of the transaction. BCGame bears no liability for exchange rate fluctuations affecting cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

Deposits & Payments

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

BCGame currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — instant crediting
• Boost — instant crediting
• GrabPay — instant crediting
• DuitNow — instant transfer via Bank Negara Malaysia's network
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — typically credited within 5–15 minutes
• Maybank2u — online banking transfer
• CIMB Clicks — online banking transfer
• Public Bank online banking — online banking transfer
• Hong Leong Connect — online banking transfer
• Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC) — credited upon blockchain confirmation

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. BCGame reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time, with updates published on the Platform.

6.3 Deposit Processing

BCGame does not charge processing fees on deposits made via the methods listed above. However, your payment provider, bank, or e-wallet operator may impose their own transaction fees, for which BCGame bears no responsibility. All deposits are subject to anti-money-laundering (AML) screening and may be held pending clearance where BCGame's automated systems flag a transaction for review.

6.4 Third-Party Deposits

Deposits must originate from a payment instrument registered in your own legal name. BCGame strictly prohibits deposits made from third-party accounts. Where a third-party deposit is identified, BCGame reserves the right to suspend the Account, return the deposit via the original payment method, and void any associated gameplay or bonuses.

Withdrawals

7.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by fully KYC-verified Account holders. BCGame will not process withdrawal requests where the Account holder has not completed all required verification steps, or where the Account is under review, restricted, or suspended.

7.2 Processing Timeframes

BCGame endeavours to process withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow — within 15–30 minutes for verified accounts in good standing
• FPX and Malaysian bank transfers — within 1–3 business hours during operational hours
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals — within 30–60 minutes, subject to blockchain network confirmation times

BCGame does not guarantee processing within these timeframes in all circumstances. Factors including public holidays, banking network disruptions, or AML review requirements may result in delays.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on your Account tier, VIP level, and the payment method selected. Specific limits are communicated within the Platform's cashier section.

7.4 Withdrawal to Same Method

BCGame operates a same-source withdrawal policy wherever technically feasible. This means that withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the qualifying deposit. This policy is applied to prevent money laundering and financial fraud.

Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between specific offer terms and these Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail only to the extent of that conflict.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement is stated at the time the bonus is offered. BCGame welcomes players to review bonus terms before accepting any promotional offer.

8.3 Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to new registrants on their first qualifying deposit only. Subsequent deposits may be eligible for reload bonuses, referral bonuses, or other standing promotions as published on the Platform. BCGame reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being accepted by a User.

8.4 Abuse and Fraud

BCGame actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, systematic low-risk wagering to meet requirements without genuine risk, coordinated wagering to exploit arbitrage opportunities, and any form of collusion. Where bonus abuse is identified, BCGame may cancel the relevant bonus, void all associated winnings, and close the Account.

Betting & Gaming Rules

9.1 General Gaming Rules

All gaming and betting activity on the BCGame Platform is subject to the specific rules of each game or betting market as published within the Platform. By placing a bet or participating in a game, you agree to the applicable rules for that activity. BCGame's decisions on the outcome of bets and games are final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined herein.

9.2 Sportsbook — Odds and Markets

BCGame offers sports betting across a wide range of events including English Premier League (EPL) fixtures, Liga Super Malaysia matches, UEFA Champions League, UFC events, badminton, esports, and other international competitions. Pre-match and in-play (live) betting markets are available. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance.

9.3 System Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error resulting in incorrect odds or game outcomes, BCGame reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to players' Accounts. BCGame's determination of whether an error has occurred is conclusive. No player has any entitlement to winnings arising from a manifest error.

9.4 Responsible Gaming Limits

BCGame supports responsible gambling and makes available deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options to all Account holders. BCGame further reserves the right to impose mandatory cooling-off periods or account restrictions where it identifies patterns of behaviour consistent with problem gambling, regardless of whether the User has requested such restrictions.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the BCGame Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform
• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate financial crime
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or other systematic risk-free wagering strategies
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the Platform's source code or infrastructure
• Conducting chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraud involving your Account Balance
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account or Account credentials to any third party
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing BCGame staff or other Platform users

Intellectual Property

All content on the BCGame Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game mechanics, brand names, and user interface designs — is the proprietary intellectual property of BCGame or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without BCGame's prior written consent.

The BCGame name, logo, and all associated brand elements are registered or unregistered trademarks of BCGame. Unauthorised use of BCGame's trademarks is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BCGame and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or loss of goodwill.

BCGame's total aggregate liability to you arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Termination

13.1 Termination by BCGame

BCGame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, Account inactivity, or compliance requirements. Where an Account is closed for cause, BCGame may withhold the Account Balance pending investigation.

13.2 Termination by User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting BCGame support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed after all pending transactions have been settled and all outstanding wagering requirements have been resolved. Any remaining Account Balance will be refunded to your registered payment method following completion of all applicable verification checks.

13.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months shall be classified as inactive. BCGame may charge an administrative fee on inactive Account Balances as permitted by applicable law. Users will be notified prior to any fee being applied. Account reactivation is available by logging in and completing any required re-verification.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. BCGame is committed to resolving disputes in a fair and transparent manner.

In the event of a dispute relating to a bet, game outcome, Account balance, or the interpretation of these Terms, you should first contact BCGame's customer support team via live chat or at [email protected]. BCGame's support team will endeavour to resolve your complaint within five (5) business days of receipt.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through BCGame's internal process, it may be escalated to the applicable dispute resolution body as identified within the Platform's support documentation. BCGame's decision on matters within its operational discretion — including game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and wagering requirement compliance — is final.

Amendments to These Terms

BCGame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, BCGame will publish a notice on the Platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

BCGame encourages you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.2.
